Construction and reconstruction of objects of capital construction, as well as their repair, if its holding addressed structural and other characteristics of reliability and safety of such facilities is regulated by this Code and other federal laws and in accordance with other legal acts of the Russian Federation.

Persons engaged in the construction, reconstruction, major overhaul of capital construction projects (hereinafter - the person carrying out construction), may be engaged by the builder or developer or the customer on the basis of a contract person or entity complying with the requirements stipulated in paragraph 2 of this article.
